Candied Lustre Jelly's

It's so squishy!!! These jellys from Candied Lustre are seriously amazing!! Applied like a dream! All colors are swatched with three thin coats and topcoat. These are great colors for summer.

SUMMER KISS
Is a fuschia jelly packed with holographic and fuschia glitter. Stunning!

SEA'N WAVES
Is a gorgeous blue jelly packed with holographic and turquoise glitter. This would look stellar in the water!!

HOTTIE TOTTIE
Is a neon coral pink jelly packed with iridescent and holo glitters. I think this one is my favorite just because I'm a sucker for pinks but the blue one is a VERY close second!

You have to RUN not walk over to http://www.etsy.com/shop/candiedlustre and grab these ASAP! You won't be sorry!

Inspiration Strikes

I've been wanting to do this mani for a long time since I saw Vanessa's and I'm finally getting around to it. MRSLOCHNESS on Instagram is one of my nail idols. I got inspiration for this design by her, accept that I did zebra stripes because I'm not a stamping queen like she is!

Colors used are Orly "Decades Of Dysfunction", OPI "The Living Daylights" and Orly "Dazzle". Check on her page to see the original design! Hope you like these Vanessa!

I really love how these turned out. Such a great combination. DOD is seriously one of my favorites!

Nail Polish Couture

Today I bring you swatches of four polishes from Nail Polish Couture.

First up....

No Diamonds, Just Pearls
NDJP, is a pearlescent sheer white polish. I normally don't go for pearly polishes but this is so pretty! This is 4 coats, no undies.

Julia
Has copper specks in a clear base. Here I've done two coats over OPI "Let Them Eat Rice Cake".

Gina
Is a yellow thermal polish. When exposed to heat it turns a very pale yellow, and when exposed to cold it turns to a bright yellow. This was so hard to capture! My camera freaked. Gina is very sheer and I probably should have layered it over white. But I did four coats, no topcoat.

Jodi's Hot Flash
Is another awesome thermal polish. When exposed to heat, it turns a very pale purple and when exposed to cold turns a deep purple. This was much easier to capture and see the transition. Again very sheer. I have done three coats, no topcoat.

If you'd like to purchase any of these polishes and others, Nail Polish Couture can be found at http://nailpolishcentral.bigcartel.com/.

Floral Nails

Not really much to say tonight. Haha. Enjoy the pics!

On my index, pinky, and thumb is Zoya "Ibiza" and on the middle and ring is Zoya "Purity". For the flowers I used Zoya "Sweet", OPI "In The Cabana", and Essie "Fiji", the leaves are Sally Hansen "Green With Envy" and then added some tiny dots with Ibiza.

B&W Tribal/Aztec Nails

Had a little inspiration for this one. At work the other day I saw a girl with her nails painted plain white with a peach accent nail. It looked so fresh and clean I had to do it myself. But I knew I wanted to add something to it. And then again that day, I was inspired to do tribal with it because of a girls shirt I saw. The design on my middle finger is the recreation of the her shirt. I really like these!

I used Zoya "Purity" as my base and a black striper for the design. And the accent nail is Julie G "9to5".

This is definitely going to be a go-to color for me.

Essie - Come Here!

I received this polish in a prize package from a contest I won and I wanted to try it out! Not really sure how I feel about it. Maybe I just wasn't in a red mood? Ah well.

Essie "Come Here!" and "Set In Stones"

Party Central

Wasn't in the mood for nail art tonight, I just wanted to get something quick on my nails. So I bring Colour Gossip "Fashionista" with Hard Candy "Party Central" glitter on top. I love this glitter! Packed with tons of multi-colored hex glitters in all sizes. Love the huge white ones!

Candied Lustre Swatches

Today I bring you swatches from Candied Lustre Nail Lacquer! These are so dreamy!!! Three special effect topcoats and a glitter jelly!

Warning: Pic heavy

NIGHT SHIFT:
Gives an amazing purple shimmer over a black base with just a hint of red. Stunning!!

MERMAID TALE:
Gives a striking green shimmer over a black base. My camera freaked out on this one and pulled it to show more white than green which is a shame because it's gorgeous! It's looks like scales on your fingers! I believe I can be a mermaid when I wear this! Haha.

LIL GALAXY:
Which is so fitting. It's exactly like a swirling pink, purple, blue galaxy on your hands. Amazing! Again over black.

SPACE JAMMIN JELLY:
This has varying sizes of turquoise hex glitters with diamond glitters and small holographic glitters in a black jelly base!! I didn't do an undie with this because I wanted to see it's opacity. This is just two coats and I actually love the results but probably would wear a base next time.

Look at all the holo awesomeness!! I'm dead...

Like I said before, these are so dreamy!!! You can find Candied Lustre Nail Lacquer at http://www.etsy.com/shop/candiedlustre

Tribal Print Nails

Me and PolishedbyTiff on Instagram are back with another collaboration for the tag #bestitwinnails on IG! This time she chose the colors (mint green, lavender, and white) and I picked the design (gradient & tribal print)!

I love how these came out!! I have to admit being my first time doing tribal print I was a bit nervous because from afar it seems crazy complicated, but really it's just some lines, triangles, and dots. How hard could that be right?! I love this because you can do whatever you want! There's no right or wrong.

I used Sally Hansen "Mint Sorbet", Lime Crime "Lavendairy", and a white striper.

Tiffany's Mani!!
She used Essence "That's What I Mint" and "Hello Marshmallow" and SinfulShine "Wisp"

I love how our mani's came out!! We were so on the same page on this one!! And I love tribal print! I've already got some ideas to do more! What do you guys think of our manis? Hope you like them!! And the tag is so fun! Get a friend and do #bestietwinnails too!
